Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Antispasmodic activity of an extract from Plantago lanceolata L. and some isolated compounds.[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
An ethanolic spissum extract of the aerial parts of Plantago lanceolata L. was examined for antispasmodic activity on isolated ileum and trachea of the guinea-pig. Isolated constituents were investigated as well. The P. lanceolata extract inhibited the contractions of the guinea-pig ileum that were induced by various agonists such as acetylcholine (ACh), histamine, potassium and barium ions. Additionally the trachea contractions induced by barium ions were inhibited. The compounds luteolin, acteoside, plantamajoside an catalpol peracetate but not catalpol, isoacteoside, lavandulifolioside and aucubin inhibited the ACh-induced contractions of the guinea-pig ileum. Luteolin and acteoside reduced the barium-induced contractions of the guinea-pig trachea.
CONCLUSIONS:
Two recently isolated compounds did not show antispasmodic activity: luteolin-3',7-diglucuronide(Luteolin 7,3'-di-O-glucuronide
) and beta-hydroxy-acteoside.

Flavonoids of the liverwort Marchantia polymorpha.[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The major flavonoids of Marchantia polymorpha var. polymorpha and aquatica are the 7-O-β-d-glucuronides of apigenin and luteolin, luteolin 3′-O-β-d-glucuronide, luteolin 7,3′-di-O-β-d-glucuronide(Luteolin 7,3'-di-O-glucuronide
), and the 7,4′-di-O-β-d-glucuronides of apigenin and luteolin.
CONCLUSIONS:
These are accompanied by minor amounts of apigenin, luteolin, luteolin 3′,4′-di-O-β-d-glucuronide and luteolin 7,3′,4′-tri-O-β-d-glucuronide. All the luteolin di- and triglucuronides except the 3′,4′-di- substituted compound are new natural products.
