Morolic acid
Catalog No: CFN89187
Morolic acid and moronic acid have shown sustained antidiabetic and antihyperglycemic action possibly mediated by an insulin sensitization with consequent changes of glucose, cholesterol and triglycerides, in part mediated by inhibition of 11β-HSD 1. Morolic acid exhibits pronounced radical scavenging activity against the stable 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical and is a potent inhibitor of neutrophil elastase and cyclooxygenase-1 and -2 in vitro.
Morolic acid has anti- inflammatory activity, it can inhibit leukotriene B4 production in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes stimulated with calcium ionophore A 23187. Morolic acid exhibits promising anti-HIV activity, it also exhibits moderate inhibitory activity against glycogen phosphorylase.
Morusin
Catalog No: CFN97083
Morusin exhibits antinociceptive, analgesic, anticonvulsant, antibacterial, and antitumor activities. Morusin can inhibit NF-κB and STAT3 activity, activate caspases activity, and restorate GABA level.
Mosloflavone
Catalog No: CFN90893
Mosloflavanone is an antifungal and radical scavenging 2-hydroxyflavanone, it possesses strong anti-EV71 activity and decreased the formation of visible cytopathic effects, it also inhibits virus replication during the initial stage of virus infection, and inhibits viral VP2 protein expression, thereby inhibiting viral capsid protein synthesis. Mosloflavone shows promising anti-inflammatory activity via inhibition of TNF-α and IL-1β with IC50 values of 16.4 uM and 6.4 uM, respectively; it shows dose-dependent inhibition of TNF-α, IL-1β and iNOS levels in the supernatant of mouse macrophage cell line J774A, it also can be used as a starting point to discover lead structures for treatment of inflammatory and immunomodulatory diseases.
