Cytochalasin D
Catalog No: CFN98204

Cytochalasin D is an actin inhibitor, the removal of actin stress fibers is crucial for the chondrogenic differentiation. It may be an inhibitor of some fertilization processes such as sperm penetration or sperm head decondensation. Cytochalasin D inhibits CT26 tumor growth potentially through inhibition of cell proliferation, induction of cell apoptosis and suppression of tumor angiogenesis; it stimulates the expression of TF in B16 melanoma cells, activating both coagulation-dependent and -independent pathways via binding to FVIIa, eventually promoting lung metastasis. Cytochalasin D is also an inhibitor of microfilament-dependent phagocytosis, it (0.5 or 1.0 micrograms/ml) can inhibit intracellular multiplication of L. pneumophila in U937 monocytes. Cytochalasin D inhibits smooth muscle contraction by directly inhibiting contractile apparatus.
Cytosine
Catalog No: CFN70191

High guanine and cytosine content increases mRNA levels in mammalian cells.Coadministration of cytosine enhanced the antitumor activity of 1-(2-tetrahydrofuryl)-5-fluorouracil (FT-207) on sarcoma-180 in mice.
D-(-)-Quinic acid
Catalog No: CFN99930

D-(-)-Quinic acid is a cellular metal ion chelator, capable of promoting reactions with metal M(II,III) ions under pH-specific conditions. It may possess potent inhibition against alpha-mannosidase and alpha-fucosidase.
D-(-)-Salicin
Catalog No: CFN99541

D(-)-Salicin is a traditional medicine which has been known to exhibit anti-inflammation and other therapeutic activities, it can inhibit the LPS-induced inflammation in RAW264.7 cells and mouse models.
D-(+)-Fucose
Catalog No: CFN90954

D-(+)-Fucose is a hexose deoxy sugar found on N-linked glycans that appears on the cell surface of mammalian and plant cells.
D-(+)-Glucose
Catalog No: CFN99769

Dextrose, a simple sugar (monosaccharide), is an important carbohydrate in biology, it exhibits marked antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Pyocyanine. D-(+)-Glucose can prevent MPP+ toxicity, attenuate the loss of ATP, but do not reverse the complete inhibition of mitochondrial O2 consumption (MOC).
D-(+)-Lactose Monohydrate
Catalog No: CFN91729

Pharmatose DCL 14 (D-Lactose monohydrate) is the major sugar present in milk and the main source of energy supplied to the newborn mammalian in its mother's milk. Pharmatose DCL 14 is also an important osmotic regulator of lactation. It could regulate human's intestinal microflora.
D-(+)-Xylose
Catalog No: CFN99911

A composition containing an effective amount of D-xylose, an ester thereof or an oligosaccharide containing D-xylose, in a combination with a cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.
Dactylorhin A
Catalog No: CFN95032

Dactylorhin A exhibits moderate inhibitory effect on NO production effects in RAW 264.7 macrophage cells.
Daidzein
Catalog No: CFN98774

Daidzein is a natural isoflavone phytoestrogen and a PPAR activator, used as a component of foods and dietary supplements, it should be a promising feed additive for production of high-quality beef meat. Daidzein has antitumor, anti-fibrotic, anti-bone loss, and anti-inflammatory effects. Daidzein inhibits TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB pathway.
