Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

METHODS AND RESULTS:
It is shown that the high K~+-induced contraction of pig coronary artery can be relaxed by 100μM Berbamine hydrochloride(BA)and 10μM verapamil(Ver).Thisresult is reversed by raising the Ca~(2+)concertration in the incubation medium.However,Berbamine hydrochloride(30μM)and Ver(0.1μM)exerts no significant inhibition on theextracellalar Ca~(2+)contraction induced by NA and Ver(3μM)can significa-ntly inhidit the extracellular Ca~(2+)contraction induced by NA.It seems that Berbamine hydrochloride(30μM)and Ver(0.1μM)primarily inhibit the potential dependent ch-annel(PDC)and prevent the influx of Ca~(2+)through PDC.Berbamine hydrochloride(30μm)and Ver(3μM)also inhibits the release of intracellular Ca~(2+)by NA.This means that Berbamine hydrochloride and Ver might affect the transport of intracellular Ca~(2+).Berbamine hydrochloride and Ver blockthe calcium-induced contraction of depolarized pig coronary artery strips.
CONCLUSIONS:
It indicate that Berbamine hydrochloride and Ver may competitively antagonize the action of calcium.

Comparison Study on FTIR Characterization of Chemical Constituents and Berbamine Hydrochloride Contents in Mahonia breviracema and Mahonia healei[Reference:

METHODS AND RESULTS:
In order to fast investigate the differences of chemical component between Mahonia breviracema (M.breviracema) and Mahonia healei (M.healei),the fourier transform infrareds spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to detect the infrared spectroscopy spectral of different parts of M.breviracema and M.healei,respectively as well as compare their quantification differences of Berbamine hydrochloride.The results showed that compared with M.healei,the content of some chemical compositions such as alkaloids,flavonoids,clove ester and so on were more abundant in different parts M.breviracema,but,when compare the content of polysaccharides and nucleoside,M.healei were more higher in stem and leaf than M.breviracema,furthermore,differences were more significant in leaf.Finally,compared with the standard of Berbamine hydrochloride,the results demonstrate that Berbamine hydrochloride content were had significant differences in different parts,and the content differences of Berbamine hydrochloride were showed similiar regulations both in M.breviracema and M.healei,which the highest was stem,the lowest was leaf.When compare with the content of Berbamine hydrochloride between M.breviracema and M.healei,the every parts of M.breviracema was higher than M.heale.
CONCLUSIONS:
Therefore,the chemical component differents between M.breviracema and M.healei were could be fast investigated when applied the technology of FTIR and the results of this research could provide reference for reasonable exploitation and breeding the resources of Mahonia.
