Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to 24 months(2-8C).

Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Bioactive stilbenes from Vitis vinifera grapevine shoots extracts.[Pubmed: 23929536]

    METHODS AND RESULTS:
A new resveratrol oligomer, (Z)-cis-Miyabenol C (3), was isolated from Vitis vinifera grapevine shoots together with two newly reported oligostilbenes from Vitis vinifera shoots, vitisinol C (1) and (E)-cis-Miyabenol C (2), and six known compounds: piceatannol, resveratrol, (E)-ε-viniferin (trans-ε-viniferin), ω-viniferin, vitisinol C and (E)-miyabenol C. The structures of these resveratrol derivatives were established on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis including nuclear magnetic resonance experiments. All the newly reported compounds were tested for their anti-aggregative activity against amyloid-β fibril formation.
    CONCLUSIONS:
Vitisinol C was found to exert a significant activity against amyloid-β aggregation.

Identification and ecdysteroid antagonist activity of three oligostilbenes from the seeds of Carex pendula (Cyperaceae).[Pubmed: 11393519]
Methanolic extracts of seeds of several (Carex species were found to antagonise the action of 20-hydroxyecdysone in the Drosophila melanogaster microplate-based B(II) cell bioassay.
    METHODS AND RESULTS:
Bioassay-guided HPLC analysis of seeds of Carex pendula (drooping sedge) provided one previously unknown tetrastilbene (cis-miyabenol A) and two known oligostilbenes (kobophenol B and cis-Miyabenol C) as the biologically active compounds (EC50 values were 31, 37 and 19 microM, respectively, vs. 5 x 10(-8) M 20-hydroxyecdysone). The structures and relative stereochemistries of these compounds were deduced by comprehensive ID- and 2D-NMR experiments. These compounds are isolated from Carex pendula for the first time.
    CONCLUSIONS:
In vitro experiments with dipteran and lepidopteran ecdysteroid receptor proteins demonstrate that the oligostilbenes are able to compete with radiolabelled ecdysteroid ([3H]ponasterone A) for occupancy of the ligand binding site. IC50/Ki values are similar to the EC50 values obtained in the B(II) bioassay.
