The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Tumor promoting constituent of Euphorbia serrata L. latex.[Pubmed:

METHODS AND RESULTS:
Euphorbia serrata latex has initially ingenol-3-palmitate, which by action of silica gel is converted to Ingenol 20-palmitate.
CONCLUSIONS:
The former is responsible for the irritant and cocarcinogenic activity of the latex on mouse ear and on mice back skin.

METHODS AND RESULTS:
From the acetone extract of roots of EUPHORBIA SIEBOLDIANA, three known diterpenes, ENT-atisane-3beta,16alpha,17-triol ( 1), ingenol ( 4), and helioscopinolide A ( 5) as well as two new diterpenes, 3beta- O-acetyl- ENT-atisane-16alpha,17-diol ( 2), and Ingenol 20-palmitate ( 3) were isolated.
CONCLUSIONS:
Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods and chemical transformations.
