Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

METHODS AND RESULTS:
La fraction non volatile des huiles essentielles de citron (Citrus limon (L.) Burm.f.) de differentes origines a ete etudiee qualitativement par CLHP en phase normale avec detection par barrettes de diodes a 313 nm. Des composes appartenant aux familles des coumarines, psoralenes et polymethoxyflavones ont ete mis en evidence. Il s' agit de la Bergamotine, de l' iso-imperatorine, du 5-geranyloxy 7-methoxycoumarine (ou same), du citroptene, du 5-isopenteniloxy 7-methoxycoumarine, de l' herniarine, du bergaptene, de l' oxypeucedanine, de l' hydrate d' oxypeucedanine et du byakangelicol. La presence d' herniarine longtemps decrite dans la litterature comme une adulteration de l' huile essentielle de citron avec de l' essence de limette (Citrus aurentifolia Christ. Swingle) est confirmee comme compose present naturellement dans la variete originaire de Cote d' Ivoire (Citrus limon (L.) var. Eureka).
CONCLUSIONS:
Enfin la methode decrite peut etre utilisee pour d' autres huiles essentielles de citrus telles que l' orange, le pamplemousse, la bergamote, la bigarade, la limette, la mandarine, la tangerine, le petitgrain citronnier ou encore le petitgrain bigaradier. D' eventuels melanges d' huiles essentielles de citron avec d' autres citrus peuvent etre mis en evidence par le suivi de composes traceurs propres a chaque huile essentielle.
