Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Contact Action of Wilfordine and Wilforine from Tripterygium hypoglaucum and their Effects on Na~+-K~+-ATPase Activities of Mythimna separata[Reference:

Wilfordine and wilforine with contact toxicity against some larvae of insect,were isolated from the insecticidal plants of Tripterygium hypoglaucum.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
For investigating their insecticidal mechanism,their poisoning symptoms were observed when Wilfordine and wilforine were applied on the pronoturm of Mythimna separata by topical application.The results showed that the larvae were narcotized after 2 hours,revived completely after 8 hours,then narcotized again after 24 hours,part of the larvae were dead after 48 hours.The results also showed that the medium narcosis dose(ND50) of Wilfordine and wilforine were 8.82 μg/larva,4.58 μg/larvae against the 3rd instar larvae of M.separata respectively.The ND50 of Wilfordine and wilforine were 4.71 μg/larva,3.46 μg/larva against the 3rd instar larvae Plutella xylostella respectively.In vitro and in vivo,the effects of Wilfordine and wilforine on Na+-K+-ATPase from the head of the 5th instar larvae of M.separata were investigated.
CONCLUSIONS:
The results showed that the Na+-K+-ATPase in the central nervous system was inhibited by Wilfordine and wilforine,and the inhibition rate was dependant on the concentration.It suggested that Na+-K+-ATPase may be an acting target of Wilfordine and wilforine against some larvae of insect.
