The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Three new vibralactone-related compounds from cultures of Basidiomycete Boreostereum vibrans.[Pubmed:
24684503 ]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Three new compounds, named as Vibralactone K, vibralactone L, and vibralactone M (1-3), together with vibralactone (4) have been isolated from cultures of the Basidiomycete Boreostereum vibrans. Their structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic evidences (1D and 2D NMR, HRMS, UV, and IR data), chemical methods and literature data.
CONCLUSIONS:
None of the compounds was cytotoxic against five human cancer cell lines and showed inhibitory activity on the pancreatic lipase.
