Flavonoid glycosides from the berries of Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.Sinensis Rousi[Reference:
WebLink]
To study the flavonoid glycosides isolated from the berries of sea buckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.Sinensis Rousi).
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The berries were extracted with alcohol, and then the chemical constituents of the extract were isolated and purified by several chromatographic methods.Chemical and spectral methods were used to determine the structures of the purified compounds. Eight compounds were isolated and identified as: isorhamnetin-3-O-sophoroside-7-O-rhamnoside(Isorhamnetin 3-sophoroside-7-rhamnoside,Ⅰ),isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅱ),isorhamnetin-3-O-glucoside-7-O-rhamnoside(Ⅲ),syringetin-3O-rutinoside(Ⅳ),kaempferol-3-O-sophoroside-7-O-rhamnoside(Ⅴ),kaempferol-7-O-rhamnoside(Ⅵ),quercetin-3-O-glucoside(Ⅶ) and quercetin-3-O-rutinoside(Ⅷ).
CONCLUSIONS:
Compound Ⅰ,Ⅴ are first obtained from H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis Rousi and compound Ⅳ,Ⅵ are purified from Elaeagnaceae family for the first time.
