Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Antineoplastic and antiviral activities of pyrrolizidine alkaloids from Heliotropium marifolium Koen. ex Retz[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
From Heliotropium marifolium roots, five pyrrolizidine alkaloids were isolated, characterized by means of their spectral data and/or co-tlc.
Except lasiocarpine-N-oxide, the other alkaloids were reported first time from this plant species. The estimation studies revealed that, the heliotrine-N-oxide was major alkaloid both in vivo and in vitro. Among isolated compounds, lasiocarpine-N-oxide demonstrated maximum antineoplastic activity (65.2%) at the concentration of 10 mu g/ kg/day and cytotoxic (36.4%) effects at the concentration of 10 mu g/ml.
CONCLUSIONS:
Supinine, lasiocarpine-N-oxide and europine-N-oxide exhibited virucidal activity to Poliomyelitis, Coxsackie, Semliki forest, Vesicular stomatitis and Herpes simplex at the concentration of 5, 10 and 20 mu g/ml respectively.

New pyrrolizidine alkaloids from Heliotropium crassifolium.[Pubmed:
10865467]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Heliotropium crassifolium Boiss, (Boraginaceae) from a population of Ilam, western region of Iran was studied for pyrrolizidine alklaoids (PAs). Four alkaloids have been identified: europine 1, Europine N-oxide 2 and a new pyrrolizidine alkaloids ilamine 3 and its N-oxide 4, respectively. Their structures were elucidated by IR, 1H-NMR and EIMS data.
