Metabolites of endophytic fungus GT20036029 isolated from the mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus.[Reference: WebLink]
Nine compounds were isolated from the culture broth of a mangrove endophytic fungus GT20036029,which was isolated from a semi-mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus.
    METHODS AND RESULTS:
They were identified as N-(2-hydroxyphenethyl)acetamide(1),cyclo(L-Pro-D-Ile)(2),cyclo(L-Leu-L-Pro)(3),Cyclo(D-Leu-L-Pro)(4),cyclo(Leu-Tyr)(5),cyclo(Phe-Ser)(6),cerebroside B(7),(25S)-nuatigenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8) and(25S)-isonuati-genin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyanoside(9) on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses.
    METHODS AND RESULTS:
Compound 1 was firstly isolated from marine fungus, while compound 8 showed significant growth inhibition of tumor cells.
