Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Sesquiterpenes from the aerial part of Chloranthus japonicus and their cytotoxicities.[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Four new sesquiterpenes, Chlorajapolide F, chlorajapolide G, chlorajapolide H, chlorajapolide I (1–4), along with nine known terpenoids (5–13) were isolated from the aerial part of Chloranthus japonicus. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis, and a lindenane sesquiterpene, named 9-hydroxy-heterogorgiolide, previously isolated from the C. japonicus, was revised as its 8-epimer (1a).
CONCLUSIONS:
Moreover, methanol extract (ME), EtOAc fraction (EF), water fraction (WF), and all isolates (1a, 1–13) were evaluated for their cytotoxicities using two human cancer cell lines.
