Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Hepatoprotection of 1β-hydroxyeuscaphic acid - the major constituent from Rubus aleaefolius against CCl4-induced injury in hepatocytes cells.[Pubmed:
23527895]
The protective effects of a major constituent, 1beta-Hydroxyeuscaphic acid isolated from R. aleaefolius was first investigated against carbon tetrachloride (CCl4)-induced injury in liver cells from hepatocytes cell line (BRL-3A).
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Following treatment with 1beta-Hydroxyeuscaphic acid at doses ranging from 1 to 100 µg/mL for 24 h, cellular morphology, cell growth function (MTT assay), ALT, AST, malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were assessed and evaluated under control and exposed conditions. The IC50 of 1beta-Hydroxyeuscaphic acid was 15 μg/mL. Exposure of injured BRL-3A at 20 μg/mL changed abnormal size, cellular shrinkage, and enhanced regulation. ALT, AST, MDA enzyme levels were reduced and SOD activity was increased.
CONCLUSIONS:
Treatment with 1beta-Hydroxyeuscaphic acid has significant hepatoprotective activity by lowering the leakage of intracellular enzymes, reducing the oxidation of proteins and decreasing the incidence of apoptosis. These results provide a basis for confirming the traditional uses of R. aleaefolius in treating hepatic diseases.

Triterpene constituents from Rosa cymosa Tratt.[Pubmed:
25911815]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The constituents in 95% ethanol extract of the root of Rosa cymosa Tratt were purified by column chromatography techniques, leading to isolation of eleven triterpenes. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data as pomolic acid (1), fupenzic acid (2), ursolic acid (3), euscaphic acid (4), arjunic acid (5), tomentic acid (6), 3β-E-feruloyl corosolic acid (7), 1beta-Hydroxyeuscaphic acid (8), myrianthic acid (9), cecropiacic acid (10), and ilexoside B (11).
CONCLUSIONS:
Among them, compounds 3, 6-8, 10 and 11 were obtained from this plant for the first time, and compounds 7 and 10 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
