Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Two macamide extracts relieve physical fatigue by attenuating muscle damage in mice.[Reference:

Macamides, the main active component contained in maca, have attracted increasing attention due to their various bioactivities.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
In this study, crude macamides extract (CME) and purified macamides extract (PME) were prepared by enzymeâassisted extraction and macroporous resin separation, and antiâfatigue effects of CME and PME were evaluated in a forced swimming model. The composition analysis results revealed that both CME and PME mainly contain 8 kinds of macamides. Based on the results of weightâloaded forced swimming test, compared with control group, CME and and PME groups could prolong the exhaustive swimming time, increase the levels of liver glycogen (LG) and muscle glycogen (MG), accelerate the fatty acids oxidation in serum to provide energy, eliminate the accumulation of blood lactic acid (BLA) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), as well as decrease the serum biomarkers for muscle damage, such as lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK). In addition, histological analysis indicated that CME and PME attenuated damage of skeletal muscle and myocardium in mice during exercise.
CONCLUSIONS:
Two macamides extracts have a beneficial effect on relieving physical fatigue by attenuating the damage of skeletal muscle and myocardium during exercise, and a better effect was observed in PME group.
