Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

    The effects of the novel, reversible epidermal growth factor receptor/ErbB-2 tyrosine kinase inhibitor, GW2016, on the growth of human normal and tumor-derived cell lines in vitro and in vivo.[Pubmed: 12467226]

    Method:
    Cells are exposed to various concentrations of Lapatinib for 72 hours. Relative cell number is estimated using methylene blue staining. The absorbance at 620 nm is read in a Spectra microplate reader. Cell death and cell cycle analysis are assessed by propidium iodide staining and antibody detection of incorporated BrdUrd and staining with propidium iodide.
