Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

A Study on the Isolation and Purification of Iso-Astragaloside IV by Macroporous Adsorptive Resin.[Reference:

With the content of Isoastragaloside IV as the indicator and HPLC-ELSD as the detective method,the adsorptive characteristics and elutive parameters of resin are systematically studied.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
When the concentration of sample solution is 1mg·mL-1 and the ratio of the volume(ml) of sample solution and the weight(g) of resin is 3∶1,D101 macroporous resin can completely adsorb iso-Astragaloside IV.When the velocity is 5.0 BV/h,distilled water,30 % ethanol,50 % ethanol and 70 % ethanol of 4 BV is successively used to elute and the elution rate of iso-Astragaloside IV in eluent of 70 % ethanol is up to 93.14 %,which indicates that D101 macroporous resin can preferably adsorb and desorb Isoastragaloside IV and is suitable for the isolation and purification of Isoastragaloside IV and this can provide reference for the large-scaled production of Isoastragaloside IV.
