Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Separation,structural characterization and inducing proliferation activity of Friedelin-3,4-lacton from Calophyllum polyanthum.[Reference:

METHODS AND RESULTS:
The methanol extract of the dried leaf of Calophyllum polyanthum was partitioned successively with petroleum ether and ethyl acetate.
Petroleum ether fraction was gradient eluted over silica gel column using 9:1 petroleum ether-ethyl acetate as eluant to give a rod crystal and three known compounds.The rod crystal was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and X-ray single crystal diffraction.
CONCLUSIONS:
The results showed that the crystal was Friedelin 3,4-lactone,and the molecular formula was C30H50O2.Its bioactivity was measured by MTT assay.The results proved that triterpenoid lactone has a promotion effect on the inducing proliferation of rat mesenchymal stem cells(rMSCs).

Triterpenes from Garcia parviflora. Cytotoxic evaluation of natural and semisynthetic friedelanes.[Pubmed:

Three new friedelane-type triterpenes, 1,2-dehydro-2,3-secofriedelan-3-oic acid (1), 1β-hydroxyfriedelin (2), and 3β-hydroxyfriedelan-23-oic acid (3), and the known compounds Friedelin 3,4-lactone (4), acetyl aleuritolic acid (5), 4-hydroxy-5-propionyl-1,3-di-O-methylpyrogallol, elemicin, and (-)-syringaresinol were isolated from the leaves of Garcia parviflora.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The structures of 1-3 were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR, HREIMS, X-ray, and CD analysis. Some derivatives of 2 (6-14) were prepared via oxidation, reduction, and esterification.
The natural triterpenes and the semisynthetic friedelane derivatives were tested for cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines U251, PC-3, K562, HCT-15, MCF-7, and SKLU-1.
CONCLUSIONS:
Compound 5 was cytotoxic against U251 cells.
