Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Structures of new beta-carboline-type alkaloids with antiallergic effects from Stellaria dichotoma(1,2).[Pubmed:
21090796 ]
The aqueous ethanolic extract from the roots of Stellaria dichotoma showed an antiallergic effect on ear passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) reaction in mice (in vivo) and inhibitory activity on the release of beta-hexosaminidase in RBL-2H3 cells (in vitro).
METHODS AND RESULTS:
From the aqueous ethanolic extract, new beta-carboline-type alkaloids, dichotomine A (1), Dichotomine B (2), dichotomine C (3), and dichotomine D (4) and dichotomides I (5) and II (6), were isolated. The structures of the new constituents (1-6) were determined on the basis of chemical and physicochemical evidence, including the application of the modified Mosher's method.
CONCLUSIONS:
The effects of the isolated constituents on the release of beta-hexosaminidase in RBL-2H3 cells were examined, and 3 was found to show inhibitory activity (IC(50) = 62 microM). Moreover, 3 also inhibited the releases of antigen-IgE-mediated TNF-alpha and IL-4 (19 and 15 microM, respectively) in RBL-2H3 cells, both of which participate in the late phase of type I allergic reactions.
