Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

METHODS AND RESULTS:
A phytochemical study of an extract from transformed root cultures of Nepeta teydea, induced by Agrobacterium rhizogenes, led to the isolation of the following new compounds: the sesquiterpene (-)-Cinalbicol, the diterpene teydeadione (6,11,14-trihydroxy-12-methoxy-abieta-5,8,11,13,15-penten-7-one), a degraded C23-triterpene (teydealdehyde) and three fatty acid esters of lanosta-7,24-dien-3β-ol.
CONCLUSIONS:
The propyl ester of rosmarinic acid was also isolated for the first time from a natural source. In addition, two dehydroabietane diterpenes, eight triterpenes and eighteen known phenolic compounds were obtained.
The antifeedant, cytotoxic and phytotoxic activities of the isolated compounds have also been investigated.

The sesquiterpenes from the roots of Cacalia roborowskii.[Pubmed:

METHODS AND RESULTS:
A new sesquiterpene cacaroborin (1) was isolated from the roots of Cacalia roborowskii, together with three known ones, Cinalbicol (2), isopetasin (3), and 3alpha-angeloyloxylactone (4).
CONCLUSIONS:
The structure of compound 1 was elucidated as 1beta,10alpha-dihydroxy-8alpha-methoxyeremophil-7(11)-en-8beta,12-olide on the basis of spectral evidence (1D, 2D NMR, IR, EI-MS, and HR-ESI-MS) and X-ray diffraction analysis.
