The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Alcaloïdes Des écorces De Tiges De Strychnos dinklagei[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Ten alkaloids have been isolated from the stem barks of Strychnos dinklagei. Six of them are known compounds, two monoterpene alkaloids: gentianine (3) and Venoterpine (4), and four pyrido [4, 3b] carbazoles: ellipticine (1), N b-oxy-ellipticine (5), 3,14-dihydroellipticine (6) and 3,14,4,21-tetrahydroellipticine (7). The four other alkaloids are new natural ellipticine derivatives: 17-oxoellipticine (2), 10-hydroxyellipticine (8), N b-oxy 17-oxoellipticine (9) and 18-hydroxyellipticine (10).
CONCLUSIONS:
Their structures have been established by spectral analysis and chemical correlations. In addition three neutral products have been isolated and identified: methyl syringate (12), lirioresinol A (13) and lirioresinol B (14).
