Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

A lignan and four terpenoids from Brucea javanica that induce differentiation with cultured HL-60 promyelocytic leukemia cells.[Pubmed:
8862033]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
A novel lignan, guaiacylglycerol-beta-O-6'-(2-methoxy)cinnamyl alcohol either, three known simaroubolides, brusatol, dehydrobrusatol, Yadanziolide C, and the known terpenoid, blumenol A, were obtained as active compounds from an ethyl acetate-soluble extract of Brucea javanica, using a bioassay based on the induction of cell differentiation with human promyelocytic leukemia (HL-60) cells.
CONCLUSIONS:
Also obtained were the known coumarinolignan, cleomiscosin A, and the known quassinoid glycoside, bruceoside B, which were inactive in the HL-60 cell test system. The structure of the new lignan was determined by a combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques.

Structures of yadanziolides A, B, and C, new bitter principles from Brucea javanica.[Reference:
WebLink]
Three bitter quassinoids, yadanziolide A, yadanziolide B, and Yadanziolide C (1, 2 and 3), were isolated from seeds of Brucea javanica, known as"Ya-dan-zi" in Chinese folklore and their structures have been established from chemical transformation and spectral analysis.
