Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Antiproliferative and hypoglycemic cucurbitane-type glycosides from the fruits of Momordica charantia.[Pubmed:
23432055 ]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
This paper reports that bioassay-guided fractionations of EtOH extract of Momordica charantia fruits led to the isolation of 15 cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides including 4 new compounds, kuguaosides A-D (1-4), along with 11 known ones, charantoside A (5), momordicoside I (6), Momordicoside F1 (7), momordicoside F2 (8), momordicoside K (9), momordicoside L (10), and momordicoside U (11), goyaglycosides-b (12) and -d (13), 7β,25-dihydroxycucurbita-5,23(E)-dien-19-al 3-O-β-d-allopyranoside (14), and 25-hydroxy-5β,19-epoxycucurbita-6,23-dien-19-on-3β-ol 3-O-β-d-glucopyranoside (15). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analyses and chemical methods. This study also established the HPLC-ELSD fingerprinting profile of an antiproliferative fraction of which 11 main peaks were identified.
CONCLUSIONS:
Biological evaluation showed that several isolated cucurbitane-type triterpene glycosides had antiproliferative activities against MCF-7, WiDr, HEp-2, and Doay human tumor cell lines. In addition, compound 14 showed potent hypoglycemic activities by glucose uptake assay.

Studies on the Constituents of Momordica charantia L. III. Characterization of New Cucurbitacin Glycosides of the Immature Fruits. (1). Structures of Momordicosides G, F1, F2 and I[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Several non-bitter cucurbitacin glycosides were isolated together with two bitter cucurbitacin glycosides from the immature fruits of Momordica charantia L. (Cucurbitaceae), and four of the non-bitter glycosides, momordicoside G, Momordicoside F1, momordicoside F2 and momordicoside I, were characterized from chemical and spectral evidence as folows ; G, 3-O-β-D-allopyranoside of 5, 19-epoxy-25-methoxy-5β-cucurbita-6, 23-dien-3β-ol ; F1, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside of 5, 19-epoxy-25β-methoxy-5β-cucurbita-6, 23-dien-3β-ol ; F2, 3-O-β-D-allopyranoside of 5, 19-epoxy-5β-cucurbita-6, 23-diene-3β, 25-diol ; I, 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside of 5, 19-epoxy-5β-cucurbita-6, 23-diene-3β, 25-diol.
