Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.

The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Anti-inflammatory activities of the methanol extracts and an isolated furanoditerpene constituent of Sphenocentrum jollyanum Pierre (Menispermaceae).[Pubmed:

METHODS AND RESULTS:
Sphenocentrum jollyanum crude extracts and an isolated constituent were evaluated for anti-inflammatory activity using the carrageenan-induced hind paw oedema of healthy adult albino rats and utilizing the oral route of administration. The fruit methanol extract (79.58% inhibition at 200 mg kg(-1)) gave a higher anti-inflammatory activity than the root extract (53.75% inhibition at 200 mg ml(-1)). Further purification of the most active fruit methanol extract (MFE) led to the isolation of three furanoditerpenes identified as columbin, Isocolumbin, fibleucin (uv, ir, nmr and ms) as well as a flavonoid-rich fraction (FDE). Both columbin (67.08% inhibition at 20 mg kg(-1), p<0.05) and FDE (76.25% inhibition at 200 mg kg(-1); p<0.05) gave significant anti-inflammatory activities in comparable range with reference acetylsalicylic acid (72.5% inhibition at 100 mg kg(-1)).
CONCLUSIONS:
The results provide some justification for the folkloric uses of Sphenocentrum jollyanum in the treatment of inflammatory-based diseases across the West African sub-region.

To study chemical constituents and antimicrobial effect of Tinosporae sagittata (Oliv.) Gagnep.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
The compounds were isolated from ethanol extraction and purified by MCI, Rp-8, silica gel column chromatograph. The structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and the spectrum analysis (TLC, MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR). The antimicrobial abilities of the five compounds were determined by colorimetry. Five compounds were separated from Tinospora sagittata and were identified as columbin (I), Isocolumbin (II), jatrorrhizine (III), tinoside (IV) and palmatine (V). The antimicrobial activity of palmatine was the strongest, jatrorrhizine was relatively weak.
CONCLUSIONS:
The compound I-V all were isolated from WuDang Tinosporae sagittata (Oliv.) Gagnep. for the first time.
