Antagonists

(-)-Variabilin
Catalog No: CFN97945

Variabilin, a novel inhibitor of human platelet aggregation, it is a potent RGD (Arg-Gly-Asp)-containing antagonist of the fibrinogen receptor glycoprotein IIb-IIIa (GPIIb-IIIa; αIIbβ3) and the vitronectin receptor αvβ3.Variabilin is also an antimicrobial furanosesterterpene. Variabilin is an inhibitor of human secretory and cytosolic phospholipase A2 (PLA2) activities that controls eicosanoid production in vitro and in vivo, inhibits neutrophil degranulation and superoxide generation in vitro and shows anti-inflammatory activity after topical or p.o. administration to mice.
Coumestrol
Catalog No: CFN96040

Coumestrol is a novel inducer of mitochondrial biogenesis through the activation of Sirt1, it suppresses the accumulation of HIF-1α via suppression of SPHK1 pathway in hypoxic PC-3 cells. Coumestrol can function by inhibiting oncogenic disease, at least in part, through CKII inhibition-mediated cellular senescence. Coumestrol treatment is effective in preventing neuronal loss in all times of administration as well as able to rescue the Na+, K+ -ATPase activity, suggesting its potential benefits for either prevention or therapeutics use against cerebral ischemia in males.
(-)-Isocorypalmine
Catalog No: CFN90582

(-)-Isocorypalmine has significant antifungal activity. l-isocorypalmine acts as a D1 partial agonist and a D2 antagonist to produce its in vivo effects and may be a promising agent for treatment of cocaine addiction.
Hypaphorine
Catalog No: CFN90634

Hypaphorine is an indole-3-acetic acid antagonist which specifically compete with indole-3-acetic acid in binding to the indole-3-acetic acid-binding site in plant peroxidases.Hypaphorine and endogenous indole-3-acetic acid counteract in controlling root hair elongation.
Glucoraphanin
Catalog No: CFN93151

Glucoraphanin, the bioprecursor of the widely extolled chemopreventive agent sulforaphane found in broccoli, it has antioxidant activity, it induces phase-I xenobiotic metabolizing enzymes and increases free radical generation in rat liver. Glucoraphanin can ameliorates obesity and insulin resistance through adipose tissue browning and reduction of metabolic endotoxemia in mice. Glucoraphanin and Glucoerucin effectively act as antagonists for the aryl hydrocarbon receptor, and this may contribute to their established chemoprevention potency.
