Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Dibenzocyclooctane lignans from the stems of Kadsura induta and their antiviral effect on hepatitis B virus.[Pubmed:
17511012]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Two new dibenzocyclooctane lignans, kadsurindutins A (1) and B (2), were isolated from the stems of Kadsura induta, together with the known, structurally related lignans schisantherin L (3), schisantherin P (4), Kadsulignan L (5), and neokadsuranin (6). Their structures and configurations were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (UV, ORD, CD, IR, 1D- and 2D-NMR) in combination with mass-spectrometric (HR-MS) techniques.
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 1, 5, and 6 showed in vitro antiviral effects on hepatitis B virus.

Lignans from Kadsura angustifolia.[Pubmed:
11261213 ]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
A new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan named angustifolin D (1) together with four known lignans: Kadsulignan L (2), kadsulignan N (3), schisantherin P (4) and meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (5) were isolated from the stems of Kadsura angustifolia. Their structures and stereochemistries were elucidated by spectral studies.
CONCLUSIONS:
Compounds 2 and 5 showed moderate platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonistic activities with IC50 values of 2.6 x 10(-5) and 4.1 x 10(-5) M, respectively.
