Anticancer

Cinnamic acid
Catalog No: CFN99453

Cinnamic acid, a naturally occurring aromatic fatty acid of low toxicity, has anti-diabetic , anticancer and antioxidant activities. It is a cell differentiation inducer and protein isoprenylation inhibitor, shows a significant radio-protective effect by reducing the DNA damage induced by X-rays. Cinnamic acid inhibited feeding by detritivores, this inhibition occurs at concentrations found in nature and may be a major factor controlling the rate of decay of organic matter. It inhibited mushroom tyrosinase activity in reversiblywith the IC 50 value of 2.10 mM.
Ergosterol peroxide glucoside
Catalog No: CFN99458

Ergosterol peroxide exhibits anti-cancer, amoebicidal, anticomplementary, antibacterial, antiviral, anti-oxdiant, and anti-melanogenic activities. Ergosterol peroxide could as an anti-atherosclerosis agent, it exhibits hACAT-1 and Lp-PLA2 inhibitory effects, with inhibitory values of 51.6 +/- 0.9 and 51.7 +/- 1.2%, at a treatment concentration of 0.23 mM. Ergosterol peroxide has osteoclastogenesis inhibitory effect, it shows an inhibitory effect in a dose-dependent manner and an inhibition rate of up to 62% with low cytotoxicity, even at a concentration as low as 1.0 microg/mL.
Tetrandrine
Catalog No: CFN99166

Tetrandrine is a calcium channel blocker, which shows antitumor, antifibrotic, anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity. It suppressed Wnt/β-catenin signaling transduction, the migration of DU145 and PC-3 cells, EOMA cell growth through the ROS/Akt pathway and inhibited inward rectifying potassium current in cultured bovine aortic endothelial cells.
Fangchinoline
Catalog No: CFN99167

Fangchinoline is a nonspecific Ca2+ channel blocker, which has neuroprotective, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, vasodilating and hypotensive effects. It inhibited cell proliferation via Akt/GSK-3beta/ cyclin D1 signaling and induceed apoptosis in MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells. It can inhibit human immunodeficiency virus type 1 replication by interfering with gp160 proteolytic processing.
Astragaloside I
Catalog No: CFN99172

Astragaloside Ι may protect the cerebral tissue against the free radical damage in ischemia and inhibit the activation of BV-2 cells induced by LPS through suppressing the activation of PI3K/Akt/NF-κB pathway. It stimulates osteoblast differentiation through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, which also activates the BMP pathway and RANK pathway.
