Providing storage is as stated on the product vial and the vial is kept tightly sealed, the product can be stored for up to
24 months(2-8C).
Wherever possible, you should prepare and use solutions on the same day. However, if you need to make up stock solutions in advance, we recommend that you store the solution as aliquots in tightly sealed vials at -20C. Generally, these will be useable for up to two weeks. Before use, and prior to opening the vial we recommend that you allow your product to equilibrate to room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Need more advice on solubility, usage and handling? Please email to: service@chemfaces.com
The packaging of the product may have turned upside down during transportation, resulting in the natural compounds adhering to the neck or cap of the vial. take the vial out of its packaging and gently shake to let the compounds fall to the bottom of the vial. for liquid products, centrifuge at 200-500 RPM to gather the liquid at the bottom of the vial. try to avoid loss or contamination during handling.

Antimalarial Compounds from Grewia bilamellata[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Bioassay-directed fractionation led to the isolation of 12 compounds from a sample of the dried leaves, twigs, and stems of Grewia bilamellata.
CONCLUSIONS:
Five of the isolates, 3α,20-lupandiol (1), grewin (2), Nitidanin (4), 2α,3β-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid (5), and 2,6-dimethoxy-1-acetonylquinol (6), showed varying degrees of in vitro antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum, but were devoid of significant cytotoxicity to the human oral epidermoid KB cancer cell line.

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Xanthoxylum nitidum (ROXB.)D. C. (Fagara nitida ROXB.). III. The Chemical Constituents of the Wood[Reference:
WebLink]
The chemical constituents of the wood of Xanthoxylum nitidum (ROXB.) D. C.(Fagara nitida ROXB.) were examined.
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Two phenylpropanoids, methyl nitinoate (2) and dihydrocuspidiol (3), and a benzodioxane type lignan, Nitidanin (4), were newly isolated. The structures of the phenylpropanoids were chemically determined. In addition, the application of a selective insensitive nuclei enhanced by polarization transfer selective (INEPT) technique in the NMR spectrum to the new lignan allowed us to deduce the structure.

Total synthesis of (±)-nitidanin and novel procedures for determination of the location of the side chains on 1,4-benzodioxane[Reference:
WebLink]
METHODS AND RESULTS:
Regioselective cycloaddition of o-quinone 4 and protected sinapyl alcohol 2 gave 1,4-benzodioxane 5, which was converted to (±)-Nitidanin (6), an antimalarial compound.
CONCLUSIONS:
Two novel procedures were developed to determine the location of the side chains of the adduct (5) based on partial ring cleavage.
