Antifungal

alpha-Mangostin
Catalog No: CFN97050

Alpha-Mangostin has neuroprotective, anti-cancer, antifungal, neuroprotective, renoprotective, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activities. Alpha-Mangostin exhibits peripheral and central antinociception through modulation of opioid and vanilloid receptors, the glutamatergic system, and the larginine/NO/cGMP/PKC/K(+)-ATP pathways; it suppresses phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate-induced MMP-2/MMP-9 expressions via alphavbeta3 integrin/FAK/ERK and NF-kappaB signaling pathway in human lung adenocarcinoma A549 cells. Alpha-Mangostin is also a novel competitive histamine H1 receptor antagonist in smooth muscle cells.
Dihydrochelerythrine
Catalog No: CFN90127

Dihydrochelerythrine has antifungal activity against pathogenic plant fungi; it shows antiparasitic efficacy against Ichthyophthirius multifiliis in richadsin, it has potential application in the therapy of serious infection caused by I. multifiliis. Dihydrochelerythrine affects cell cycle distribution, activates mitochondrial apoptotic pathway, and induces apoptosis and necrosis in HL-60 cells.
beta-Amyrone
Catalog No: CFN97099

beta-Amyrone has antifungal activity, it also shows a moderate activity against Chikungunya virus replication (EC50 =86 uM). beta-Amyrone exhibits anti-α-glucosidase inhibitory activity and moderate anti- acetylcholinesterase (AChE) activity.
Scopoline
Catalog No: CFN00228

Scopoline, tropinol, ecgonine, and granatoline derivatives are therapeutic agents of the pyrrole and pyridine group. Scopoline has fungitoxic effects, it is inhibitory to Sclerotinia at similar doses to scopoletin; as scopolin is known to be less phytotoxic than ayapin and scopoletin, its accumulation may well confer head rot resistance with minimal plant damage and might be one of the bases for resistance to Sclerotinia.
Cerbinal
Catalog No: CFN97119

Cerbinal is a potent antifungal compound.
